To apply for membership to CashChex must have a FDIC bank sponsorship debit card! All applications will be completed by your customer service attendant, the terms of agreement and acceptance will be signed by the applicant. To protect against fraudulently use of any person’s financial information, your debit card and state issued identification will be documented along with the remaining information on the application, your customer service attendant will scan the application to CashChex for immediate review, usually a determination time is received within 1 business day
Upon acceptance from the date of your loan, applicant agrees to pay the maturity of the loan within 7-14 business days along with fees and interest cost, failure to pay the maturity of the loan or after the 7-14 business day closing date applicant personal account default status until the loan is paid off. No exceptions. Approved applicant accepts an estimated 14-day APR finance charge on loan within any of the 7-business day’s loan is still being financed.
CashChex accepts emergency cash loan payments through applicant’s bank account, debit card, money order and check. Bad credit history or have filed for bankruptcy does not determine your loan approval, however CashChex and third-party lenders at their discretion, verify application information by using national databases, including but not limited to Tele track that can be a determining factor for loan approval. Notice of furnishing negative information: We may report information about your account to credit bureaus. Late payments, missed payments, or other defaults on your account may be reflected in your credit report.

6. WITHDRAWING CONSENT.
You may withdraw your Consent at any time and at no charge to you. If you withdraw your Consent prior to receiving the credit transaction, then your withdrawal will prevent you from obtaining an online credit transaction (i.e., a credit transaction obtained over the Internet). To withdraw your Consent, you must e-mail us at: info@cashchex.com Note, however, that the withdrawal of your Consent will not affect the legal effectiveness, validity, or enforceability of the credit transaction or of any Records that you receive electronically prior to such withdrawal (including but not limited to the Arbitration Agreement and the Notice-of-Grievance Agreement, each set forth above).
